David Abramson (Davis, CA) has played bluegrass music most of his life, leading and participating at many jams and playing in bands. He’s taught music since 2010 — with people at all stages of their musical journey in a way that’s fun, patient, and welcoming. He’s helped hundreds of musicians achieve the confidence, knowledge, and skills to jam on instruments including guitar, banjo, mandolin, and bass. David feels that bluegrass is accessible to anyone who knows a few chords and has the desire to play with others, and that with his help anyone can be a jammer.
“David created a safe atmosphere for me to come out of my musical shell and have fun, take risks, and learn something new. Before I knew it, like in five minutes, I was…jamming! This was so gratifying for me.”
